Returns & Exchange Policy

We offer a 15 day return policy on applicable products mentioned during the time of your purchase.

  1. If you have any problems with your order, especially in terms of fit, size or colour, or if you come across any defects, we'll be happy to refund the amount. Please return the unused item with tags within 15 days of receipt. Currently we do not offer exchange on items. In case you wish to change the item you bought, you will need to place a return request for the same following the process as listed below. After that you can re-order the style you want.
  2. You can initiate the returns by logging into your Linen Club Account.
  3. How to raise a return request:

    • Log into your account
    • Go to My orders
    • Click on 'Return' against the item you wish to return
    • If required, specify the account in which you would like the refund amount to be credited
    • Fill in the details and raise a return request by clicking on submit button
    • You will receive a confirmation for the return initiated
    • Reverse pick up will be done from our side wherever feasible. In the extreme circumstances, you may be asked to send the products through a reliable courier if reverse pickup facility is not available in your area
    • Article should be kept packed with tags intact for return to be facilitated. Damaged/ Untagged garments will not be accepted for return
  4. For guest order transactions, visit the Guest user return link in the footer section of the website. You will need to enter your Order ID and the email address given in the order.
  5. Refunds:

    • Once we receive the product at our warehouse, we will refund the money depending upon the mode of the payment.
    • For prepaid orders - the value of the total orders will be refunded to the source of payment
    • For COD – we will directly initiate the NEFT/IMPS to the account details provided by you. These details need to be provided in the My Account section of the Website.
    • Shipping charges and gift packing charges (if applicable on your order) will not be refunded
    • For Credit card/Debit card/Net Banking payments, it may take upto 7-10 business days for the refund amount to reflect in your account (depending upon your bank).
    • Grasim Industries Limited – Jaya Shree Textiles is not responsible for any incorrect/insufficient data provided during filling the Bank Details for COD refund in the My account section.
    • Only eligible for the article purchased, not any packaging, gifts or free items included by us.
    • Incase of payment through Reward points:

      - When you fully return your order, we fully reverse the reward points redeemed during the time of purchase.

      - When you partially return your order, we reverse the reward points for the particular item in proportionate to the total order value & the value of the returned item.

Terms and Conditions for Returns

  1. Linen will not be responsible for any incorrect fund transfer/voucher issuance against returns arising due to erroneous account detail input by the customers. The customer takes the complete responsibility of the accuracy of the information provided.
  2. Refund will be issued only after the product is received at our warehouse.
  3. Prepaid refund will be initiated within 2 working days of receiving the product. It may take 7-10 business days for the amount, to reflect in your bank account.
  4. You can return either complete order or some items from the same order.
  5. No returns will be accepted for Masks.
  6. Please pack the products properly and mention return Id on the packet.
  7. Please make sure you seal the packet completely before handing over to courier partners.
  8. Please use separate packets for items from separate orders.
  9. Linen follows a 15 days No question asked return policy on applicable products. You can return the product within 15 days of delivery.
