Terms & Conditions of Membership Program

  • A customer becomes eligible for Linen Club Rewards membership by making a purchase from exclusive Linen Club showrooms or from the official Website only. A membership form has to be filled at the store for becoming the member or enrol on the website. Becoming a member is voluntary and subject to terms and conditions as applicable from time to time.
  • Providing a correct mobile number is mandatory to become a member. The registered mobile number is the unique Linen Club Rewards id for each member and should be quoted for all communications with Linen Club in future. Only Indian mobile numbers will be accepted to become a member.
  • All communications including voucher codes, Benefits and Rewards information, points balance and redemption will be sent to the registered mobile number of the member.
  • The Linen Club Rewards membership is available only to Indian nationals and accepted at the sole and absolute discretion of Linen Club. Each member may only hold one exclusive Linen Club Rewards membership and the membership cannot be held jointly with any other person(s).
  • In case of change in mobile number, a member can request to change the same in his/her Linen Club Rewards membership at any exclusive Linen Club showroom by providing the necessary id proofs and undertaking or the same can be requested by writing to linenclubrewards@adityabirla.com. However, entertaining such requests will be at the sole discretion of Linen Club.
  • The information that any member provides to Linen Club at the time of joining Linen Club Rewards will be processed and stored at Linen Club/any authorized vendor‘s information systems. To help the member get the maximum benefits out of the Linen Club Rewards membership, regular updates, offers and relevant information and tips will be sent to members through various media.
  • When a member registers for Linen Club Rewards membership, Linen Club shall automatically have been granted the (under consent from the member) right to communicate with the member through email, SMS, phone calls, direct mail and other means of communication.
  • A web link to update the profile will be sent to the Linen Club Rewards member through SMS. On this link the member has to log in through the registered mobile number, enter the OTP, update the profile and give acceptance to receive updates on the latest offers from Linen Club. If the consent is not given, then Linen Club may not be able to send the transactional and promotional SMS to the member’s mobile number.
  • In case of the registered mobile number is in DND list of National Do not call list, then the member may not get some or all the SMS communications sent by Linen Club.
  • The Rewards points earned by Linen Club Rewards members are valid for 24 months for Silver & Gold and 36 months for platinum members from the date of purchase and will expire automatically. Joining bonus points are valid for 6 months from the date of first purchase. The points should be redeemed within the stipulated time frame. Points once expired will not be credited back under any circumstances and no such requests will be entertained by Linen Club. In case of online purchase, Linen Club Reward Points will be accrued to the account once the return window to the order is closed.
  • Despite the expiry of the points the members shall be able to retain their membership in the particular tier in accordance with the program structure.
  • Under the program, points cannot be earned or redeemed during any end of season sale (EOSS) or promotions. Point redemption bill cannot be clubbed with any other discount/gift voucher or promotional offer. One bill one redemption/offer rule will be applied.
  • Multiple gift vouchers cannot be redeemed in a single bill. Separate bill to be made for each gift voucher redemption.
  • The minimum points required to be earned before redemption are 100. Member can redeem points after reaching 100 points.
  • Express Tailoring service is available only for the platinum customers at exclusive Linen Club stores. This service covers Shirt, Trouser, Kurta, Jacket, Suit and Sherwani. Timelines for express tailoring - Shirt, Trouser and Kurta - 72 Hours and for all Other categories - 7 days. Express Tailoring service may not be available during festival season.
  • Lifetime Exchange service is available only for Platinum customers only in case of any product defect.
  • Linen Club reserves the right to change, modify or withdraw any or all of the privileges including reward points and gift/discount vouchers associated with the Linen Club Rewards and the same has to be followed by all the members.
  • In case of any disputes the decision of Linen Club will be final and abiding by the Linen Club Rewards members.
  • In case any member wishes to opt out of the program and its benefits they can send an email to linenclubrewards@adityabirla.com or can make a request at any of the exclusive Linen Club showrooms or through website.
